三つ目は「こんなにたくさんの方がセミナーに来てくれてうれしく思います。」という表現でお忙しい中、というような言葉がありませんが、皆がきてくれてうれしい、という気持ちは表現できます。
Appreciateは一番フォーマルな言い方でよく使います。「感謝する」という意味です。

「この度はお忙しい中お集まりいただきありがとうございます」には、いろいろな訳が当てられると思いますが、「決まり文句」としてよく英語で用いられる表現をご紹介します。
文字通りには、「take time out of your busy schedules」は「忙しいスケジュールから時間を割く」、「to attend our seminar」は「われわれ（弊社）のセミナーに参加するために」との意味です。
「you all」は「皆さま」や「あなた方」を意味します。
「Thank you all for taking time out of your busy schedules to ＋ 動詞の原形」の形で、さまざまなことについて感謝の気持ちを伝えることができます。

「press conference」は「記者会見」、「event」は「行事, 催し, イベント」で、いずれも、「seminar」同様、「参加［出席］する」ときには、「attend」という動詞が使えます。
「sincerely」は「心から, 誠実に, 真心を込めて, 真摯に」との意味です。
「take time from your busy schedules」と「out of」の代わりに「from」が用いられることもあります。
「schedules（複数）」と「schedule（単数）」の違いについてですが、複数の人に対して感謝の気持ちを伝える場合には「schedules」と複数に、一人の場合には「schedule」と単数にします。
「schedule」の代わりに「life」（または「lives」）が用いられることもあります。
「life」は「生活, 暮らし」という意味です。

The first thing to say is to thank them 'so much'. The adverb 'so' means 'to such a great extent' whereas the pronoun 'much' means 'a great deal' in this context. So, you are thanking them to such a great extent, a great deal, for having taken time out of their busy work schedules. The noun 'schedules' in this context means work programs or timetables.
So, you may say:

By using the expression "I know you all have busy schedules.........." you are letting everyone know
that you understand that it wasn't easy to attend the seminar.
The second expression "I sincerely thank you all" is used to express real or genuine appreciation
for the effort that everyone made to come to the seminar. The expression "finding time in your
busy schedules" means that you understand that everyone had to think and work hard to make
time to be there. They may have canceled another activity to attend the seminar.
The last expression is a native English saying which means that time is very valuable. This
expression is good when you have native English speakers in your class. You are thanking them
for investing their valuable time in hearing your seminar.
「I know you all have busy schedules...（みなさんお忙しいところ...）」を使って参加者に、セミナーに参加するのが簡単でなかったことは理解していると伝えています。
二つ目の文の「I sincerely thank you all（皆様に心から感謝します）」は、セミナーに参加してくれたことに対する心からの感謝を表します。「finding time in your busy schedules（忙しい時間を割く）」と言うと、参加する時間を作るのが大変なことをあなたが理解していることが伝わります。他の予定をキャンセルしてセミナーに参加した人もいるかもしれません。
最後の表現はネイティブが使う英語のことわざです、意味は「時間はとても貴重」。ネイティブスピーカーがクラスにいる時にこの表現を使うといいと思います。セミナーに貴重な時間を割いてくれたことに感謝しています。

となります。
