When asking to see the records of something it is polite to say-
"Can I see my attendance record please?"
As it is the actual record you would like to see.
If it is just a number you are looking for, it is okay to ask
What was my attendance for the year?
What was my attendance rate for this year?
I hope this helps you :D
"Can I see my attendance record please?"
