love it は「（それが）すごく気に入っています」、 want to have one は「１着欲しい」になります。もし、お揃いで買いたいときなど、同じものが2着欲しいのであれば one を two にします。

The most simple way is to just ask when will they expect the item to be in stock again or be back on the shelves.
