宿泊費が前回と同一じゃない。って英語でなんて言うの？

「宿泊費」は "accommodation fee" や "the cost of accommodation" と表すことができます。

"be the same as 〜" は「〜と同じである」という表現です。

"this time" は「今回(は)」、"last time" は「最後(に)、この前の時(に)」という表現になります。

1) The price is not the same as before.
料金は前と違う。

宿泊費 は accommodation price や accommodation cost といいますが、日常会話では、price だけの方が自然に感じると思います。

not the same as before (前と違う) は not the same as last time / not the same as the last time とも言えます。

2) This is more expensive than the last time.
これは前回より高い。

more expensive はもっと(値段が)高い という意味です。

２つの物を比べる時は、基本的に~is more/less/bigger/colder~than~ などと言います。
Tokyo is bigger than Osaka 東京は大阪より大きい
Hokkaido is colder than Okinawa 北海道は沖縄より寒い
Thor is better than Iron man アイアンマンよりソーの方がいい/すごい
