｢私の夏休みは8月の初めから9月の終わりまでです｣って英語でなんて言うの？

「夏休み」は "summer vacation" "summer holiday" "summer break"(学校の) などのように表すことができます。

"from A through B" は「AからBまで」という表現です。"from A to B" と言うこともできますが、具体的な(比較的長めの)期間を表す場合は "through" を使う方が良いでしょう。

"from birth to death" (誕生から死まで)
"from nine to five" (9時から5時まで)

"the beginning of 〜" は「〜の初旬、上旬」、"the end of 〜" は「〜の下旬、終わり、末」ということを表します。

夏休み = summer holidays

○月の初め = at the beginning of 又は early _
○月の半ば = mid _
○月の終わり = at the end of _ 又は　late __

例えば：
From early next year to the end of next year = 来年の頭から終わりまで
From mid July to the end of August = 7月の半ばから8月中旬まで
