●Don't hold back on the whipped cream ok!

→ホイップクリーム少な目でお願いします。
Heavy on the ○○→○○多めで！

I'd like a generous amount of whipped cream please!
Please don't go easy on the whipped cream!
A generous amount means a liberal/huge amount of whipped
cream.
Don't go easy means that you don't want them to hold back
but to give you lots of whipped cream.
A generous amountとは、巨大なのホイップクリームをお願いする時に使えます。
Don't go easyは、あなたがホイップクリームを抑えめにするのを望まない、つまり
ホイップクリームをたくさん欲しいときに使います。
Extra whipped cream, please.
This means that more whipped cream is added than usual.
'Please' is a term used in polite requests.
In other words it makes the request more polite.
Example:
A: What would you like?
B: A hot chocolate with extra whipped cream, please.

'Add extra' means to put more whipped cream on the drink than usual.
Example

A 'dollop' is a large, shapeless mass of something, especially soft food like ice-cream. In such places, it may be useful to check first if there is any extra charge for extra portions of something - so people would probably ask something like:
'Is there a charge for extra whipped cream?' So that becomes an indirect request for whipped cream.
