1箱3つ入りが10箱って英語でなんて言うの？

「1箱3つ入りの商品を10箱でトータル30個」
文章としてメールや電話での説明の場合、このようにいいます:
There are 10 boxes of 3 items in each (box) for a total of 30 items.
「商品」はこの場合にitem(s)です。
in each (box)は「各箱に」という意味です。
for a total ofは「合計で」とい表現です。

また、文章ではなく、商品の詳細リストなどの場合、このようにできます:
10 boxes (3 items each), 30 items total

箱やバッグの中に「〜が入っている」を contain で表せるので、「それぞれに３つずつ
　There are 10 boxes containing 〜

として、内容は「それぞれに３つずつ」の 3 items each なので、
　 There are 10 boxes containing 3 items each.

となります。

トータル３０個は、そのまま
　The total number of items is 30.

でいいです。
