２行に分けて私なら使う文章を記載しておきました。
まずは、「最初に会った日からずっと綺麗」について。
会った日から→from the day I first met you、もしくはfrom the day we first met.
それから日本語も同じかと思いますが「太る」の言葉を使わないほうが賢明です。その代わりに「体重に悩まされていた・悩みがあった」という風に言い方に気を付けましょう。
それを英語では"to be worried about one's weight"になります。
