If you want to be told as soon as you make a mistake then you can use the term 'straight away' or 'when I make them' both of these mean that you wouldn't wait to correct the mistake but do it straight away or as soon as they make it.
To add please is a polite way of saying it. To let someone know means you will tell them
ミスをしたらすぐに知らせて欲しいなら、'straight away'（すぐに）や'when I make them'（ミスをしたら）が使えます。どちらも、ミスをしたらすぐに指摘して欲しいと伝えます。

As we go is an expression used when referring to two actions that will be performed at the same time. The initial action (learning) will occur and the second action (Correction) will follow throughout the first action.

The two sentences you see provided above are great ways to let your teacher know that you want to be corrected on the spot if you make a mistake as opposed to waiting until the end of your lesson. In the first sentence you will notice the term right away and in the second sentence you will notice the term at once. Both of these terms mean immediately. These are terms that are common in our everyday conversation and they would make great additions to your vocabulary.
