夏休みがもうすぐ終わるのに、ゲームやってない！
「もうすぐ～」「もう少しで」というときは、almostを使います。
例：
She is almost there. もう少しで彼女はそこに着くよ（待ち合わせをしていて、彼女を待っているとき等）
I almost forgot to lock the door. もう少しでドアにカギをしめるのを忘れるところだった。
Summer vacation/break is almost over, but I haven't played video games.
summer vacation/break = 夏休み
almost over = もうすぐ終わる
play video games = ゲームをやる
アメリカ在住ですが、アメリカでは、夏休みのことを一般的にsummer vacationまたは、summer breakと表します。
「〜なのに〜」は、"〜but〜"。間に but を挟むだけでも、「～なのに」の意味を表せます。
例文：
「アメリカに来たばっかりなのにすごい英語が上手だね。」You just came to the US, but your English is really good!
「期末試験まであともう少しなのに、まだ勉強してない！」My finals are coming up, but I haven't studied!

"coming to an end" は何かがもうすぐ終わるときに使います。例えば、
"Because 2017 is coming to an end, people are buying new calendars."
「2017年がもうすぐ終わるのでみんなが新しいカレンダーを買っています。」

「葉が紅葉している事からが秋が深まっていることがわかります。」
