I'm good.
Any other questions?
I'm good now. Thanks.
No more questions for now. Thank you.

"No, thank you, I'm good for now" - "I'm good" is a response that means you are no longer in need of help and can continue. You might want to say "for now" if you are in a lesson and would like to ask more questions later in the lesson; although you don't have to use the "for now", you can just say "I'm good".
To be very specific, you can say "No, no more questions at the moment". Again, the "at the moment" says you might be asking more in the future, but it isn't needed.
"That's all clear, thank you" lets the teacher know you understand everything.
"No, thank you, I'm good for now"
"No, no more questions at the moment"
"That's all clear, thank you"
I have exhausted all of my questions.- If you have exhausted all the questions it means that you have asked all you wanted to ask.
I no longer have any more questions.- This is a direct way of saying that you don't have anything else to ask.
I have exhausted all of my questions.-
I no longer have any more questions.-
It is part of a teacher's mandate that they may check regularly that you are happy with the work you are doing. Part of that process may involve asking you regularly if you have any questions. If you are having the same teacher regularly, it may be best to make an agreement for the future that, if you have any queries, you will be proactive and will ask for clarification, so the teacher does not need to ask you if you have any questions.
