は直訳すると『あなたの時間を使ってこのアンケートを記入してください。』といった形で、
２）に比べるともっとストレートなお願いの仕方になります。
もし道行く人にアンケートを求める場合は２）の方が丁寧で望ましいでしょう。

サーベイ実施部門が、社内の対象社員に対して、協力を呼びかける場面です。実際には、次のような文になるでしょう。

回答文2）
特定の部門の参加率が極端に低い場合、サーベイ実施部門から、部門長に対して「善処して頂けませんか・・・」と要請しますね。

その要請を受けた部門長は、自分の傘下のメンバーに対してサーベイに協力するようにと呼びかけることになります。例えば、
