The low morning temperature makes me want to turn the heat on just as much as the warm midday temperature makes me want to turn on the AC.
In the morning I feel like turning on the heat, and then at noon I feel like turning on the AC.

AC = air conditioner (冷房) 程 = to the extent that, so much that つけたくなる = I want to turn 〜 on
