３つ目の文：「〜はありますか？：Do you have any ~?」
薬局に入ったらこれらのフレーズを使うといいです。
風邪だと症状別に薬が分かれていることがあるので、店員さんに自分の症状を伝えると一番効く薬を探してくれることがあります。
What are your symptoms? 「どんな症状ですか。」と店員さんに聞かれたら以下のような例があります。
I have a bad cough and a sore throat. 「咳がひどくて喉が痛いです」
I am feverish. / I have a fever. 「熱があります」
I have a runny nose. 「鼻がつまっています」
お役に立てたら幸いです。
My head is so stuffed up ... I need some cold relief medicine
There is no cure for the common cold...(YET) So when the cold or flu strikes
there is little to be done put take something to alleviate the symptoms...
We would ask for cold medicine or flu medicine...
or more accurately, Cold Relief Medicine. (& get well soon:-)

I need some Ibuprofen, I have a cold (popular cold medicine)
In the pharmacy, if we are buying medicine for a common cold or fever, we can ask for Ibuprofen or simply, cold and flu medicine//tablets, this medicine helps lower fever and muscle aches from the cold
As there is no cure for the common cold, we can say cold "remedy" or cold and flu "remedy" to treat our symptoms of our cold.
Cold medicine is perfectly fine, i don't think anybody will think you are asking for some medicine that is cold! :)
薬局で風邪や熱の薬を買うときは、「Ibuprofen（イブプロフェン）」またはシンプルに「cold and flu medicine/tablets（風邪薬）」をください、と言えます。これらは、熱を下げたり、風邪による筋肉の痛みを和らげる働きをします。

Congestion is the term which refers to the feeling you get when your nose is blocked and full of mucus. Decongestant is to reverse this process, so decongestant tablets or liquids work to stop your nose feeling blocked.
We use the word 'remedy' which means combining ingredients to come up with a recipe or 'remedy' to fix something.. As there is no definitive medicine to relieve or stop a cold, we call cold and flu medicines 'remedies', as some work and some definitely don't!
"Congestion"は鼻が詰まって、粘液が溜まった時の感情を指し示す言葉です。"Decongestant"（鼻炎の薬）はこのプロセスの反対を意味しますので、decongestant tablet / liquids（鼻炎の錠剤・液体）は鼻詰まりを緩和させます。
"remedy"（治療・療法）という単語は材料を組み合わせて、何かを治すレシピまたは"remedy"を作ることを意味します。
風邪を治す特有の薬がなく、全然効かない薬もあるので、"cold and flu medicines"（風邪とインフルエンザの薬）のことを'remedies'（薬・治療）と呼ぶこともあります。
It is common to ask for cold and flu medicine at a pharmacy. The box will usually have "cold and flu" printed on it.
The word "remedy" is also the name of some cold medicines as the medicine will "remedy" the illness!
If your cold is causing a bad cough specifically, you can ask for cough syrup.
