期間限定の付き合い(帰国したら終わりの関係)だよね？って英語でなんて言うの？

セールの話だったら「期間限定」は「limited time」と言いますが、デートとか恋愛の話では「short-term」または「short-lived」、「temporary」のほうがふさわしいと思います。「期間限定」と言う意味であり、「残念ですが。。。」と言う感じもあります。 夏の間に付き合って、そして夏が終わるとその関係も終わることはよく「summer fling」と言います。旅行の場合でもどこに住んでいても、夏限りの関係について話す時に「summer fling」と言う表現を使うのができます。
