建築/建設業界で通訳者として働いています。
大枠の建設: constructionの中に、建築: architectureが含まれる、というのが言葉の概念だそうです。
建設は、建築と土木: civilとその他に分かれるようです。
buildingは建築物に対して使います。
ですので、建屋もbuildingを使います。
以下は私が仕事で使用している例です。

建設現場: construction site
土木工事: civil work
構造: structure
意匠図: architectural drawing

建築：architecture
建築現場：construction/building site
建築物：building / structure
