If you view something as being 'godsent', as stated in the first statement, you view it as an unexpected gift, as if it was sent from God. If the job has been given to you at the 'most opprtune time' as stated in the second statement, it means that it has been given to you at a time when you were really desperate for a job. You could have been searching for a job for a long time and all of a sudden, someone gives you this job. You have no option but to 'sincerely appreciate' the job that you have been given as stated in the third statement.
So, you may say:
Thank you very much for this job, it is godsent.
or
Thank you so much for this job. It has come at the most opprtune time.
or
I sincerely appreciate the job that you have given me.
Here are three different ways that we can express our gratitude towards a client or customer who is giving us their business or time. The first two examples are very similar with a little bit of extra information with, "giving me." The last example is using the word, "opportunity," to talk about the chance given.
