運転見合わせって英語でなんて言うの？

[公共交通](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/69580/)などでの「[運転](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/62413/)・運行」は operation がいいです。 また、「見合わせる」は一時的に停止するということなので、 　stop operation 　suspend といった動詞を使います。 たとえば、 　The operation of Yamanote line was suspended. 　The operation of Tokaido line is temporarily stopped. 　（temporarily = 一時的に） 　（operation = 運転） という言い方で、「運転を見合わせています」になります。 なお、「見合わせています」ですが、停止したのは過去のことなので過去形です。たった今停止が決まった時に伝えるなら、現在完了形で言うのもOKです。
