「街並み」は、townscape で良いと思います。
「先進国」は、developed country（発展が完了した国）, 「発展途上国」は、developing country（発展している最中の国）で表現します。
英訳例は、「先進国には、ほとんど同じような街並みがある」という文にしました。
have は「〜がある」という意味で使える、便利な表現です。
