DVDは全部借りられていたって英語でなんて言うの？

と言いたいです。

「借りられる（レンタルの場合）」→「To be rented out, to be rented by (other people)

「The DVDs have all been rented by other people.」→「（ほかの人に）DVDは全部借りられていた」

どちらでも使えます。
