「２、３個前の質問とよく似てるけど」って英語でなんて言うの？

似ているは similar toを用います。
また、下のようにいくつか質問があったとします。一つ前はbeforeを二つ前はbefore lastを3つ前からは下のように表現します。4つ前ならtwoのところを好きな数字に変えればいいのです。

また、何問前か忘れたけど前の問題と言いたいときには
a past を用いて
a past question 前の問題
と表現します。
従って、今回のYokoさんの表現では
This question is similar to the question before the last two.
がいいかと思います。

「よく似てる」は very similar で、「２、３個前」は the 2 or 3 before で言えます。

例文　This test is very similar to the one 2 or 3 years ago.
「2、3年前の試験とよく似てるけど。」
