Both of these are informal ways to ask this question. "Have you noticed anything different about life in Japan?" (Noticed - Something that you are aware of that is taking place.) "Has anything in your lifestyle changed since you moved to Japan?" (Changed - not the way it was before. For example: "My life changed when Mary agreed to marry me."

When people change countries, it is usually for a reason best known to themselves. They may disclose these reasons to third parties or they may not. For example, one might have moved from Pakistan to Japan because of political reasons. That person might not want to disclose those reasons in detail. However, because one is in a new country, that person's lifestyle might have significantly changed. So, you might ask: Has anything changed regarding your lifestyle since you moved to Japan? or Has your lifestyle changed since you moved to Japan?

A lifestyle change may occur when someone moves to another country that has a completely different culture or way of living. If someone has moved to Japan and you want to ask them what chnaged you can use one of the questions listed above. By using the term 'has' it would maybe suggest something that is currently happening or changed for them, by using 'did' this suggests things that have maybe happened before this time or in the past

Culture shock' perfectly describes that feeling of disorientation experienced by someone, suddenly subjected to an unfamiliar culture, way of life, or a set new of attitudes! "When I moved to Japan from London I experienced real culture shock!"

Native speakers will say like this: “Has your lifestyle changed since the move to Japan?”. There are lots of other ways to say it, but this one is the most accurate and most commonly used. Here is an example on how to use this in a conversation: A: Has your lifestyle changed since the move to Japan? B: Not really. Perhaps the things I eat, nothing more!

The two sentences you see provided above are terrific ways to ask your listener if their life has changed since they moved to Japan. In the first sentence you will see the word drastic. This means extreme or serious. This word is appropriate for both formal and informal settings. It would make a great addition to your vocabulary.
