You can use the word 'snap' to say 'we are doing exactly the same thing!' Often said if you were comparing photos at the same time. (as in the card game snap, where you match the same cards and if they do match you can shout snap! as you put your hand down on top of the cards!)
Copy Cat - is something or someone that does exactly the same thing as you. So you could say "we are such copy cats!"
Jinx is an expression commonly used when somebody says the same thing as you at exactly the same time. For example - you are speaking with your friend and you both say that you went to McDonalds and got a 'cheeseburger'.
