Whenever you buy something from a store and pay for it at the till, you get a sales slip, till slip or receipt. Each of these is a record of the purchases you have made and they mean the same thing. They list down all the items you have bought and the prices each one of them cost you. The grand total plus VAT appears at the bottom of the slip. It's always a good idea to check the receipt or till slip just to make sure that the prices you have been charged are as displayed on the shelves.

VAT（付加価値税）を加えた総額が "slip"（領収書）の下部に書いてあります。
