万が一 : in the worst case scenario. 色々な結末になる可能性があるけど、その中で最も最悪は というような意味合いです。
In the unlikely event: 同じような意味ですが、多分そうならないかもしれないけど、もしなってしまったら という。
個人情報 = personal information, private information
漏れる = leak
In the worst case scenario, what would you do if your personal information got leaked?
「もし万が一」というのは If the worst comes to the worst/In the worst case scenario/In an emergency で表現できます。
「もれる」は leak になります。
この訳の what would you do という部分は（どうする？）という意味になります。
