性別＝Gender
なのですが、LGBTQの方達も[歓迎です](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/59810/)、という意味を込めたいのであれば " Gender Identities” とい表現が使えます。
Gender Identity の複数系で、ただ単に「性別」というよりも、より幅広い意味で使いたい場合に適していると思います。

日本語の「性別」をそのまま英語に訳すと「sex」や「gender」になります。
「sex」「gender」、どちらも「性別」という意味の名詞です。

「性別」は英語で「sex」か「gender」といいますが、その二つの単語のニュアンスは少し違います。「sex」は単純に生物学的の性別という意味になります。つまり、「雄・雌」、「男性・女性」という事です。「gender」は「性別」という意味になりますが、「性別的な気持ち・見た目、役割」という文脈で使われている単語です。しかし、多くの人は「sex」という単語を言いたくないからもう少し婉曲的な「gender」という単語を使う人が多いです。

※この例では「sex」が正しい単語ですが「gender」を使う人が多い。
His biological sex is male but he is gender fluid.

「welcome」は文章によって、形容詞にも動詞にもなり得る単語です。
形容詞の場合は「歓迎される」、動詞の場合は「歓迎する」と訳すことができます。
例文１：Everyone is welcome regardless of age or gender.
直訳 ：年齢や性別に関わらず、誰でも大歓迎されます。
意訳 ：年齢や性別関係なしに、誰でも大歓迎です。
