  • Sorry for the numerous questions but...

  • I am sorry for taking up so much of your time

    play icon

  • I appreciate your in put/assistance

    play icon

Firstly you only need to apologise for something that is wrong. Seeking clarification of points in business is not in itself wrong. It may be irritating or annoying to the other person but it is not wrong. So you can either opt for an apology, express your gratitude or combine the two. Every apology needs to start with two magic words: "I'm sorry," or "I apologise." This is essential, because these words express remorse over your actions. You then need to explain what went wrong and maybe reassure them that it won’t happen again. Then ask them to forgive you. You might want to say either, I do apologise taking up so much of your time, I do appreciate your assistance in this matter, it is important that I clarify everything so that I can finalise the deal. I do assure you I wont need to trouble you further once I have the information.

  • I am sorry to ask you so many times about xxx.

    play icon

あるいはover and over againに入れ替えるか。 xxxxの部分は詳細に聞きたい部分で、let me clarify what you just have told me about xxxにすると、より詳細な議論に入っていけますよ。

  • I apologize for bombarding you with questions, but I am grateful for your answers.

    play icon

  • I do appreciate your quick response to the questions.

    play icon

I apologize for bombarding you with questions, but I am grateful for your answers. "bombarding" emphasizes and can also exaggerate the amount of questions asked, however used in a sentence like this it is professional and also will tell the recipient that you want to know all the details. I believe this will also put a smile on the recipients face and they will answer your questions in detail. I do appreciate your quick response to the questions - this tells the recipients that you are grateful but also looking for a quick response to the questions. This is also professional. You may also join the sentences like so "I apologize for bombarding you with questions, but I am grateful for your answers. I do appreciate your quick response to the questions. "
I do appreciate your quick response to the questions -これは、あなたが感謝していることを受信者に伝えますが、質問への迅速な対応も求めています。 "I apologize for bombarding you with questions, but I am grateful for your answers. I do appreciate your quick response to the questions.

Using this sentence is a simple way to apologize for asking a lot of questions. Asking questions is a good habit to get into however, because if you don't ask, you don't know. To thank the person for answering all of your questions, you could say something like: thank you for patiently answering all of my questions, I really appreciate it!

Well, if you ask a lot of questions in an email it could be that they are essential questions and it is vital that you have this information in order to do your job. In that case, there is no need to apologise - better just to say something like: "Thanks so much for helping me with all my queries." Efficient business people don't apologise because they don't make mistakes! And they don't ask unnecessary questions.
