単語を一つ一つ調べて大体はまとまっまたのですが、｢仲良くなった｣と全てを一つにまとめて文章にするのがわからないので教えて欲しいです。
あと、｢他校の人｣というのは、｢another school People｣なのか，それとも｢other school people｣なのか教えてください！

「他校の人」ですが、英語の語順が逆なので people from other schools が最も自然に聞こえます。また、「仲良くなる」ですが訳し方が色々ありますが get close to と become friends with はよく使われます。

1)「他校の生徒と卓球の大会で友達になった」という意味になります。
Make friends with 人：～と友達になる
というよく使う基本的なイディオムです。友達が一人でもmake friendsと複数形にします。
大会はtournamentやcompetitionなどで表現できます。
大会の場で友達になったのであれば at the table tennis tournament が適切です。
2) 「他校の生徒と卓球の大会を通じて友達になった」という意味になります。
Make friendsの他にbecome friendsもよく使う表現なので覚えておくと便利です。
SNSを通じて友達になるは、throughが使えます。
例）I met him through Facebook.「フェイスブックを通じて彼と会った」
のように使います。
