「ここまでできる」の意味は、この場合「とても才能がある」ということですよね。
「こんなに才能があるなんて知らなかったよ」と置き換えて訳したのが一番目です。
二番目は、"the last person to V"の形で、「最も～しそうにない人」という意味です。
「才能があるなんて一番予想もしなかった人」という意味になります。
