I don't think I'll be able to ~ は、丁寧な「たぶん無理です」の一つの言い方です。
もう一つなのは that might be a bit difficult になります。
これは「それがちょっと難しいかもしれません」と直訳をするのですが、伝えたいことを表せる表現です。
