「マッサージ機」は「massager（マッサージャー）」に近いかなと思います。
私もよくわからなかったので、海外の動画をいくつか見てみたのですが↓

『Pure-Wave CM5 Cordless Percussion Massager』
↑の商品を「massager」と呼んでいました。

他にも Foot massagers（足マッサージ機）neck massagers（首マッサージ機）があります。これらは足と首に効きます。

A machine that is used to massage a person may be called an "electric massager", "massager" or a "massaging machine". If the machine is a chair, then it would be called a massaging chair.
For example, you can say:
-I am planning to get myself a massage chair for my birthday.
-I want to get a massager for my mother because she always complains about her back.
マッサージの機械のことを、"electric massager", "massager" またはa "massaging machine"と言います。もし、そのマッサージの機械が椅子であれば、massage chairと呼びます。
