「日本の会社と違って、外資系企業は被雇用者とは契約で結ばれており、合理的で冷たい。」と伝えたかったです。宜しくお願いします。

外資系企業と日系企業との比較では、外資はよく「ドライ」と表現されます。「〜にドライ」＝"be dry with ~", この場合は欧米系の企業を示唆するのであれば "Western companies", "Companies in the Western culture" (欧米文化はアジアを「別物」としてみるので「日本人から見て”外”資だから」との理由で"foreign"とするよりも"Western"とする方が自然。
「合理的」は欧米文化的には良いことなので、「冷たい」と反して、"reasonable, but cold"などとしても可。雇用契約="employment agreement", "employment contract" 「人情味がない」="there is no humanity about ~"
