感情的じゃなくなってきたって英語でなんて言うの？

Emotional は感情的という意味です。
I’m not as は 「前ほど/それほど〜」という意味です。

例えば、「感情的じゃなくなってきた」と言いたい場合は
“ I’m not as emotional as I was before”
とか I’m not as emotional anymore (前ほど感情的ではない)と言えます。

ここでは unemotional は使いません、なぜなら Unemotional は無感情という意味になるからです。

他にEmotional の使い方は:
Women are usually more emotional than men.
(だいたい女性の方が男性より感情的です。)
I get emotional when I watch sad animal movies.
(悲しい動物映画を見ると、すごく感情的になります)
という場合にも使えます。

時間が経つとともに、感情的な反応が少なくなっていることを表現したい場合、「I'm becoming less emotional.」というフレーズが適切です。

I'm becoming more composed as I age.
The older I get, the more even-tempered I become.
Over the years, I've found myself becoming more stoic.
