英語について教えてください。
自社の通販と店舗の販売において、
サービスや手続きの窓口が違う為、通販では通販の手続き、店舗では店舗の手続きをしていただく必要があり、店舗が通販または通販が店舗の手続きをする事が出来ない為、ご利用されるお客様が交渉していただく必要がある事を伝えたいのですが、どなたかわかる方教えてくださいお願い致します。
