new business yearと言うこともできます。
「日本の会社では四月から新年度が始まります。」と伝えたい場合は、
April is the month when companies begin a new business year in Japan.
上記の様に言う事ができます。

new = 新しい
business year = 事業年度
begin = 始める

新年度は、The new fiscal yearと言います。
ちなみに年度末は The end of the fiscal year
と言います。
年度末なのですごく忙しいです。は下のように言えます。
My work is busy because it is the end of the year.
a fiscal year は会計年度と訳されたりもしますが、日本では4月から3月までを指します。
略語としてFYという書き方でも使われます。
