1.「（私の）希望の時間」を英語で翻訳すると"(my) preferred/desired time"になります。
2. ここの「希望の時間」は「迎えられたい時間」なので、"when I would like to be picked up "と言い換えられます。"when"は迎えられたい日付を伝えたい時にも使えますが、"what time"は時間だけです。
