この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーYou're not going to get any better at English if you just study like that.
「そんなふうに勉強するだけじゃ、英語が上手にならないよ」
to get better で「上手になる」
ちなみに「今、どんなふうに英語を勉強してるの？」は、次のような言い方ができます。
ーHow are you studying English these days?
ーWhat are you doing to learn English these days?
