私にとって、あなたがNo１の先生です！
I really like the way you teach as I can understand the contents of the lesson easily.
先生の教えて方、すごく気に入っています。レッスンの内容を簡単に理解できるからです。
P.S. 2番目の「as」は、理由を示す言葉で、意味から見れば「because」の近い意味の言葉となります。

1番目の英文は、『個人的にあなたが一番良い先生』をそのまま訳しました。
You're my most favorite teacher.
は、【あなたが一番好きな先生です』という意味の文です。

When you are trying to say something is good for you and you feel it is your opinion then we call this 'personally' you can add 'I think' this explains it's your thinking and noone else's
Favourite means you prefer them to anyone else
個人的に考えていることは、'Personally'（個人的には）で表せます。
'I think' を加えることもできます。これは、他の誰でもなく自分の考えであることを伝えます。
'Favourite' は「一番好きな」という意味です。

If you want to give an opinion to your teacher that they are the best teacher for you, either of the above sentences will do. If someone or something is 'number one' then it is the best. 'Simply The Best' is a famous song by Tina Turner and this phrase is often used when wishing to give a superlative comment to someone.
