アメリカではトイレのことを bathroom と言います。
(bath つまりお風呂がなくてもそう言います)。
トイレとシャワーが別々の場合、お風呂場は shower room と言いましょう。
案内するときこう言えるかもしれません。

(ここがトイレで、あちらがお風呂場です)。
