'have not decided' = 「決まっていない」
'yet' = 「まだ」
「まだ決まっていない」
'yet' をつけることで今は予定はないけどこれから決まるかもしれないというニュアンスを出せます。

If someone asks you "What are you going to do today?" and you are not entirely sure yet as you may go out if you feel like it but are still undecided, you could say: "I haven't decided yet but I might go out later", "I have not made solid plans, but I may go out later if I feel like it" or "I'm still thinking about what I am going to do". All three of these sentences explain how you are feeling.
"What are you going to do today?"（今日は何をする予定ですか）に対して、気分次第で出掛けるかもしれないけどまだ分からないと答えたいなら、次のように言えます。
"I haven't decided yet but I might go out later"（まだ決めていないけど、後で出掛けるかもしれない）

To say "I'm not sure yet" is probably the most common way of expressing someone's indecision. To say that one is undecided is a more formal expression that mostly older people or highly established people would use.
"I'm not sure yet"（まだ分かりません）がたぶん、まだ決めていないことを表す最も一般的な言い方です。
"I'm undecided" はよりフォーマルな言い方で、主に年配の人や地位の高い人が使います。
Adding the word, "yet" to any answer lets the listener know that you are in the process of deciding and that a decision will come later. "I haven't made up my mind about that yet", I haven't decided on that yet", and you can say, "I'm still thinking about what I am going to do."
However, if you are at work then you may want to say, "I'm still working on that" so that it sounds like you are working on something and they will most likely leave you alone.

そして、

このように言うと、それについて今検討していることが伝わり、たぶんそっとしておいてくれます。
If you are unsure of what you want to do then you can say you are 'unsure', 'not decided' a common saying we have when we are not sure what to do is 'I've not made my mind up yet' when we haven't decided what to do
何をするかはっきり分からないときは、'unsure' や 'not decided' が使えます。
'I've not made my mind up yet'（まだ決まっていません）は、何をするか分からないときによく使われる表現です。
I haven't decided, I might stay in, or if I feel like it I might go out.
"I am not sure", "I don't know yet", and "I haven't decided" in this context can all be used interchangeably. Sentence 1 suggests that you might go out later but does not say what this is dependant on. Sentence 2 gives the depending factor "how you feel" but does not say what the options are. The most detailed in sentence 3 which give the options and also states the depending factor.
この文脈では、"I am not sure" と "I don't know yet" "I haven't decided" は全て置き換えて使えます。
