Could you get me some water please?＝お水を持って来て頂けますか？
残念（？）ながら日本語のように「お水」の言い方は色々とはありませんが、このようにちょっと変わった聞き方をする事もできます。
丁寧な言い方をしているのであればPleaseは必須とはなりませんが、付け足すとやはり感じがいいですね。ただどこに入れるかによって少しニュアンスが変わって行くので気をつけましょう。
Could you get me some water please?＝お水を持って来て頂けますか？
Could you please get me some water?＝お願いだから水持って来て下さい
後者のようにPleaseを先に入れると少し必死な様子が伺えますね。場合によっては押し付けがましく聞こえますので要注意です。
ただあまり神経質に考えていても何も言えなくなっちゃうので、分からなかったらとりあえずPleaseを付けて後は笑顔で乗り切りましょう！

Water以外の水の言い方は私は思いつきません。何度かお店で"CO2"と言っている人を見かけたことはありましたけどね。まあそれはかなりマイナーです。
水のタイプについては海外ではいろんな言い方がありますので紹介します。
Chilled water 冷やしたお水
Water at room temperature 常温の水
Still water (no gas) 普通のお水、静水
Sparkling water (fizzy water, with gas) 炭酸水
Tap water 水道水
Bottled water ボトルで販売されている水
レストランなどで"I'd like some water please. "と注文すると、大抵
"Still, or sparkling?" と聞いてきます。
もし水道水でもいいのであれば "Just tap water please." などと返答します。
（レストランによっては無料の水道水をくれない場合もあります。）
Tap water is water from a faucet.
Bottled water is water that is purchased in bottles.
Bottled water is water that you pay for whereas tap water is free
When asking for something be sure to use the term 'please'
'please' is used in polite requests

Tap water is water from a faucet.水道の蛇口からでる水をTap Waterといいます。
Bottled water はボトル入りの購入する水です。
Bottled water はお金を払う水、 tap water は無料です。
誰かに頼むときはplease'といいましょう。
'please' は礼儀正しい依頼の言葉。

水はwaterで、他の言い方としてはコップ一杯の水などの言い方ぐらいしか
ちょっと思いつかないんですが。
日本語でも水、お冷ぐらいしか言わないような。。
日本語では「コップ一杯の水ください！」とはあまり言わないと思いますが、
英語では a glass of waterとかa cup of teaとか普通に使います。
英語では単数、複数を区別する習慣がありますからその差でしょうか。
～ください、くれませんか。という表現はPlease, May I ～, Can I ～などを使い
Please give me～、May I have～になります。

The Japanese used" OHIYA" is kind of old-fashioned/a last generation expression...
Meaning "cold water".
These days in English we would simply ask ... Could I have some water please?
May I have glass of water please?
Normally water is served cold unless you ask for HOT ;-)

日本語の「お冷」は少し古い表現ですよね。
英語では単純に、例文の様に聞きます。
It depends what mood you are in and if you want to have a budget glass of water or pay for it.
If you say, "Water please!" you will almost certainly be brought bottled water and this will then appear on your bill.
If you ask for "tap water!" then this is usually a free item.
Specifically asking for bottled water will clearly incur a charge. You may wish to specify:"Sparking water" or "still water" when you order.
どんな気分なのか、無料で水が欲しいのか、有料の水が欲しいのかでも違ってきます。
Water pleaseであれば、ペットボトルの水がきて、料金に追加されるでしょうね。
tap waterといえば、無料の水がくるでしょう。
特に、ペットボトルの水を頼むときは基本的に料金がかかります。Sparkling waterやStill waterと、オーダーするときに特定することもできますよ。

「tap water（水道水）」、蛇口から出る水のことです。普通は無料ですが、少し請求されることもあります。
「sparkling water」は「carbonated water（炭酸水）」のことです。泡が立っていて普通シュワシュワ（fizzy）です。

When asking for some water at a restaurant we should specify if we would like to get a glass or a bottle of water.
Tap water is not charged onto your bill but bottled water is.
If you ask for tap water you may ask for cold water with or without ice or you can ask for room temperature water.
"Can I get some warm water with a slice of lemon please."
レストランで水を頼むときには、ミネラルウォーターがいいのか水道水がいいのかを明確にした方がいいです。
水道水は無料ですが、ミネラルウォーターは有料です。
水道水を頼むなら、氷を入れるか氷を入れないか、常温にするか冷水にするかを選べます。
