「tag」は、決められた一人から逃げるゲームです。
その一人が他のプレイヤーに触れると、触れられたプレイヤーが代わりにみんなを追いかけます。「鬼ごっこ」にはもっと近いかもしれません。
ただ広いところで走って遊ぶゲームなら、ちゃんとした名前を英語では使いません。
「chase」とも言えますが、文法的に言い方が多いので、使うのが難しいかもしれません。
