現在完了形の「has become」を使う場合はもうすでに「癖」になったというニュアンスが伝わります。

"I have a habit of ~" ←普通の言い方です。"habit"（名詞）は「癖」のことです。"I am in the habit of ~"も言えます。
"I habitually ~" ←上記と同じ意味ですが、"habitually"は副詞です。
"I always ~" ←何かを習慣的にやっているなら、"habit"と言うまでもないので、「いつも・よく～」="I always ~"と言ったら通じます。
「わからないことがあるとすぐに辞書やネットで調べる癖がついている。」の例文：

また、やめたいのにやめられない、という意味では「中毒になっている」という意味の “be addicted to ~” でも似たようなニュアンスを表現することができます。

“unconsciously” は「無意識に」という意味の副詞になります。
He always smiles unconsciously whenever he hears her voice.
「彼は彼女の声を聞くといつも無意識に笑顔になる」
“unconsciously” だけでは習慣的な意味が含まれないので、 「いつも」という意味の “always” と組み合わせると、質問にある意図に近くなります。
