まずはそのまま、ストレートに、”Everything was so good and delicious!!" 、「全てすごく美味しかったですぅ～！」という表現、”お料理が上手” というのを間接的に、作られたものに対するコメントを通じて伝える方法ですね。ここで “good" や "delicious" の形容詞一つだけじゃなくてダブルにすることで強調になりますね。
また、”I love ...” というあっけない定番の正しい文法表現ではなく、”I" という主語を省いて ”just" という単語に入れ替え、「ただ単にもう全てが最高」という感情を強調した絶賛の表現にもっていくこともまたテクニックになりますね。
英語では対象によって褒め方、お礼の言う方法など種類はたくさんあります。

ですが、
You're a をつけると「料理上手」という意味になります。
得意、上手ということを言いたい場合、
be good at～ を使います。
例えば私はテニスが得意だ、と言いたい場合、I'm good at playing tennis.
となります。
You cook very well.でも、伝わりますし、cookを名詞に使って
You're good cook.でも良いです。

To compliment a person for good food or for the cooking skills, you should use one of these expressions. I would personally recommend the second one because it explains why you are saying the person is a good cook.
