会社の都合で支払いが遅れそうです。って英語でなんて言うの？

会社都合の英語の直訳はパッと浮かばないですが、「internal process」がもっとも近いと思います。社内の工程の事です。 質問者様のシチュエーションですと、「Payment could be delayed due to the Company's internal processes」が正しい英語かと思います。 因みに、文書ですと自分の会社を大文字で初めて Company と書きます。理由は分からないですが、フォーマルな文書や法的な文書には必ずこうなっています。

「~ そうです」という部分は It looks like ~ で言うことができます。 「海外で物を買って30日以内に支払ってくれと言われましたが、会社の経費精算の都合上、振り込みが翌月の15日になり、30日以内に支払えない状況で困っています」というのは We were told to pay for the things we bought overseas within 30 days, but due to the financial conditions of the company, the transfer couldn't go through until the 15th of the next month, and we couldn't pay within the specified 30 day timeframe.
