高いもので～円くらいです。って英語でなんて言うの？

the .... one で、... なもの、と言う意味になります。その文脈で形容詞が出ていて、その中で、低いものは。。。高いものは。。。安いものは。。。小さなものは。。。などの場合です。
ですので、シャーペンの話をしていて、安いものは。。。と言われたい場合は、

The cheap one costs about 100 yen　で、「安いものは１００円くらいする」となります。
The expensive one costs about 1000 yen　で、「高いものは１０００円くらいする」となります。

１文目
The cheap one costs around 100 yen and the price goes up to about 1000 yen at the highest.
安いものは１００円くらいするし、高いもので値段は１０００円くらいにもなるよ。

２文目
It usually costs about 100 yen and there are expensive ones that about 1000 yen per each.
普通は１００円くらいだけど、高いものは１本１０００円くらいするよ。

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーYou can get a cheap one for about 100 yen or you can buy an expensive one for about 1,000 yen.
「安いものは100円くらい、高いものだと1,000円くらいで買えます」
you can buy/get an expensive one for about XX yen. で「高いものだとXX円くらいです」と言えます。
