印鑑は chop と言います。
殆どの方は知らないので、 stamp でも良いです。
割印の直訳はないので、「Stamp the chop on along the fold the contract 」を推奨します。
”along the fold the contract”は紙が折られている線を指しています。
追伸：念のために、相手が分からなければ、2つの紙は1つの契約書の関連性を証明するためと伝えれば良いです。

でも海外はサインの方使われているので、最初に一回自分で見せてあげたほうがいいかもしれない。
