何をしたいですか？ or 何に成りたいですか？ などの、意思は聞いて無くて 客観的に 「１０年後、あなたは何をしていると思いますか？」という質問です。 What will you be doing in 10 years. で可？ ”結婚してるかな～、だと良いけどね！（ちょっと恥かしい）”みたいな流れで・・・、 I might be mariad, um・・・ I hope so.

In American English, it is a common phrase to use "see" as a way to describe what you think that you will be doing in the future. Any American English speaker would be able to easily understand that you are specifically asking not what they want to do but what they truly believe that they will be doing in the amount of time asked.

When you ask someone what you think their future will be like, you can ask:

Unless someone has incredible prediction skills, it is almost impossible they can tell you with any accuracy, how they will be spending their time in 10 years. However, you can always ask the question and see what they say.

If you wanted to ask someone what they think they will be doing in ten years time, rather than what they want to do, you could simply ask, "What do you think you will be doing in ten years?" or "What will you be doing ten years from now?". By adding realistically onto the start of this sentence, suggests to the listener in a clear way that you are interested in what they really think they will be doing in ten years time, oppose to what they want to be doing. I would also emphasise the 'will' in this sentence to make your point clear.
