「void」と言う英語の言葉は使い方次第で色々な意味が可能です。例えば、「無意味」とか「空しい」とか「深い穴のように空っぽのところ」などの意味があります。それに、無料券や割引券について話す時に「～ is void」と言う表現は「～を使えません」または「～を使える期間が終わった」と言う意味です。ちょっと「キャンセルされることになった」と言う感じもあります。
