友人と、大きい病院の前を通った際、窓ガラスが１枚無いのに気付き「あれ見て、（一枚無いよ）誰か割ったのかな～？」と、不思議さを表現するシチュエーションです。\"Look at the windows! one of them is short. Any one broke it?\" で可？

One of them is short ではなく One of them is missing が良いです。

不思議さを表現したい場合 *I wonder など使えます。
*この場合上記のように wonder　と略するのも可です。

Any one broke it? は Wonder if someone broke it? が良いでしょう。

後者の Wonder who broke it は 誰「が」割ったのかな～？と訳します。
